I offer a confidential counselling service from my rooms at St Ann's Square in Manchester and from my farm in the Staffordshire Moorlands.  I also offer Reiki from these premises.  In addition to this, I offer Equine-Assisted Therapy from my farm with my own horses, and you can read more about this here.

My therapeutic orientation is integrative, combining Person Centred, Transactional Analysis and Mindfulness approaches.  Depending on the client's needs, I may also incorporate other types of work, which might include Brief Solution Focused Therapy, inner child work, visualisation and Psychodynamic theory.
 

Our past experiences and relationships influence the way we think, feel and behave as an adult. Sometimes, without realising, this can be destructive in our relationships with ourselves and others.  

We may find ourselves thinking "why do I keep ending up in unhappy relationships?", "Why do I keep falling out with my partner/boss/friends and family?".  You may find yourself being self critical and critical of others and this can subsequently result in relational problems, low mood, low self-esteem, depression and anxiety.​
